Developing Asian countries where face financial constraints and lag behind the western countries in many respects face the bigger issues of crime rates. Sexual harassment is high in the countries like India and Pakistan. Everyday there happen several cases where women struggle for their justice. Unfortunately, in India and Pakistan, several women and young girls have lost their lives as victim of sexual harassment.
Lately an incident appeared in the State of Uttar Pradesh where a young lady was harassed by six men in a bus. This incident had created unrest in the country and question on the role of the justice providing institutions.
Pakistani government has taken an initiative against the act widely witnessed in our society. National Commission on the Status of Women of Pakistan (NCSW) has termed ‘sexual harassment’ as a crime.
Women on roads especially who are disturbed by the street men can lodge complain against them. According to article 509, they would be punished.
Islam guides its followers to respect women but in the modern pacing society, the gender is usually ill-treated. So women can take action against the wrong doers without hesitating to fall prey to them.

No Interest In Making Issue To Earn Cheap Publicity; Laila
Lahore: TV has given new life to the film artists. Making of a movie in three years time is no good. 10- 12 movie productions in a year wouldhelp in reviving the film industry. These were the views expressed by the actress Laila, giving interview to one of the media channels. Laila said that this year Karachi based produced movies turned out to be successful. Hence, once again Karachi proved to be a centre of revival for the movie industry like the television one.
Laila said Lahore which once served as centre of movie production has lost its glory. No efforts have been done to revive it, she said. She said that she had never declined to work in television . ‘Often I am labeled to state and work to earn cheap publicity. But, I have earned fame in the show biz industry through my good work at considerable time’, said the actress.
She opined that if appropriate measures had been taken then the cinema industry in Lahore had not collapsed.
Laila said that Shehzad Rafiq, Sayyad Noor and Javed Sheikh are among few of the names, who are striving hard for the revival of the film industry. But without united efforts, no fruitful results can be attained, said the actress.

The shocking incident's video went viral after an eyewitness uploaded it on Youtube.
In the clip titled, "Worst accident ever...." the woman's car collided with another car and overturned.
According to preliminary police investigations, the woman was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Pakistan Second Most Unpopular Country???
Pakistan is the second most unpopular country in the world, this was revealed by BBC World Service annual poll. The poll was conducted for the BBC by GlobeScan and PIPA. More than 26000 people in 25 countries were asked in the poll.
Germany was rated as most popular country in the world despite many protests in the country. Many protests have been held against its insistence on austerity measures within the European Union. Canada was second most popular whereas United Kingdom was at third. Japan which was placed at number one in the last year poll was at fourth position.
Pakistan was at second last place as 55% people rated it as “mainly negative” whereas 15% people rated it as “mainly positive”. Iran is at the bottom. However many Pakistanis on social media rejected this latest BBC poll and said that Pakistan is better than many countries and to rate Pakistan as second most unpopular country in the world is only a conspiracy.
NADRA Declines Veena Malik’s NIC Application
Dubai: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rejected Veena Malik’s application for Identity Card. Veena Malik submitted request for NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) in Pakistani Consulate. NICOP is issued to Pakistani citizens who are living abroad. According to Veena Malik’s application, she was born in 1982 which means she is 31 years old now. Her Original name in documents is Zahida Malik.
NADRA’s Objection:
Though Veena provided almost all legal details for NICOP but there was a major error in her documents. Veena Malik is over 18 and eligible for Identity Card but her age difference with her Younger Sister is really odd. Veena’s Documents says that she is 2 months elder than her Sister.
When NADRA officers asked Veena to clarify this embarrassing mistake, she didn’t give convincing answer. It was really shocking for NADRA Staff and then Veena increased their doubt when she didn’t respond well. At last NADRA staff decided to refuse Veena’s request.

A morning show is seen to aware females about various issues that can add up to their morning in a blissful manner with some good, thought provoking things and not taken from Indian culture.
The morning shows telecasted on our local media channels are one of those shows which is taking our society on a very negative path. A morning show is thought to inculcate moral, good values in the society with informative things being talked upon and shown but the show presented by our hosts do the very opposite of it.

Earlier, Prosecutors filed application in court in which they claimed that two suspects sexually assaulted girl. They also reported that both guys also recorded lusty video of girl however Sexual Abuse claim was couldn’t proof on accused. Misuse of Girls Pictures and Video in Pakistanis not a new issue but many cyber crime criminals are free due to improper planning from former government.
Police told media that one suspect was arrested couple of months ago while second is missing. The arrested boy is Minor and therefore we filed case according to Child Protection Act.
AN official of Child Protection Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told media that in past, it was difficult to file case on abusive image and video making because of no proper law. Now special Legislations have been made regarding this and no one can escape, he added.
USA Agrees To Return Dr Aafia Siddiqui via Prisoner Swap Agreement
Washington, Islamabad: The United States has offered Pakistan to sign prisoner swap agreement which will help both countries in future. After signing of agreement, Pakistan will able to bring back Doctor Aafia Siddiqui. And she will spend remaining imprisonment life in Pakistan.
Pakistani government asked US to free Aafia but USA clarified that the legal way to free Aafia is prisoners swap agreement. Interior Ministry also formed a task force for dialogues with US officials regarding this issue, Pakistani Newspaper reported.
Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan is heading this task force. Pakistani Official confirmed this proposal from US which will help both countries to exchange prisoners.
Aafia’s family and Aafia Movement Pakistan welcomed these media reports. The Pakistani neuroscientist Aafia was missed from Karachi in 2003. US court ordered for 86 years sentence for her.

Karachi: Pakistan film industry is to attract the audience once again with the first ever new upcoming spy action thriller movie, “Operation 021”. The movie is to release soon, with the completion of the production work lately. Once again a new film maker is to make his debutant.
Summer Nicks the Pakistani Australian film maker, the international award winning writer has directed the movie. Operation 021 is the production of Pakistan’s re-known actress Zeba Bakhtiar and her son Azan Sami Khan.
One Motion Picture has produced the films while the entire cast and the production team involve the acclaimed names in the media industry.

Dhoom 3 Breaks Waar Film Record On Its First Day
Bollywood film Dhoom 3 has broken record of Pakistan’s blockbuster film Waar. The first day collection of Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3is 2.23 crore Pakistan Rupees, some reports claims that Dhoom 3 made a total of around 19 million rupees in Pakistan.
Waar featuring Shaan Shahid was released on Eid-ul-Azha on 53 screens and collected 11.4 million rupees and broke Shahrukh Khan’s film Chennai Express first day record of Rs. 9 million at that time.
Now it will be interesting to see whether Dhoom 3 will be able to break the Waar record of highest-grossing film in Pakistan, Waar directed by talented by Bilal Lashari became Pakistan’s highest grossing film by earning Rs. 200 million. Before Waar Syed Noor’s Choorian (1998) was the highest-grossing film in Pakistan.
