TOBA TEK SINGH: A cash of Rs4 million was allegedly stolen on Saturday night from Chaudhry Sugar Mills situated at Gojra-Faisalabad Road. The mill is owned by the Nawaz Sharif family. Reports said the cash had been drawn from a bank branch and was kept in accounts office of the mills for payment of salaries to the staff. The amount was missing on Saturday night.
Gojra Sadar police have taken five employees of accounts office into custody. The mill was a personal property of the family of Prime Minister. It is a huge amount of money that has been lost.This has created a negative effect on the public as well.
Many people especially on the social media are commenting that in a country where even Prime Minister property/assets is not safe how could public be safer there. Some people has stated that it is a result of what Mr. Sharif had done with the poor public
